Douglas County School District RE.1 (DCSD) is requesting pre-qualification submittals from interested surveying firms for New Construction and Capital Improvement Projects. Capital Improvement Projects may have a construction cost range up to $3M+, and New Construction may include additions to existing schools and new school facilities with a construction cost range up to $10M+. Capital Improvement Projects may include but are not limited to repairs and replacements of mechanical, electrical, roofing, and flooring building components, athletic site amenities, as well as site landscaping, concrete, and asphalt. - Security Badges Pre-qualification material should consist of two (2) copies of a bound 8-1/2" x 11" document and one (1) electronic copy (flash drive) containing the information requested in this RFQ and a separate sealed envelope labeled "Confidential Information" containing one (1) copy of the Financial Information requested in this RFQ. All costs incurred with material preparation and submission in response to this RFQ are the responsibility of the applicant. Submission of incomplete data or material received after the stated deadline will constitute
disqualification. The school district reserves the right to reject any firm responding to this RFQ. It is the intent of DCSD to review submitted information and establish a list of pre-qualified surveying firms. Firms that are currently pre-qualified and in good standing with DCSD will only need to submit the Contact Information Form, which can be emailed directly to Kelly Kalcevic at kelly.kalcevic@dcsdk12.org. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
