This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Additionally, the Government will utilize simplified procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. 4. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) with solicitation number FA4427-22-Q-0032. 5. A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04 effective 30 Jan 2022, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation effective 28 Feb 2022, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2021-0726 effective 26 July 2021. 6. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. The Small Business Size Standard is $16.5 million. FA4427-22-Q-0032 Page 2 of 8 7. The contractor shall provide Electrical Installation in accordance with the Statement of Work. The following table contains the description of requirements for the Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN), items to be acquired, the date and place of the period of performance and acceptance, and FOB point. 15. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) is not applicable to this acquisition. 16. Offerors shall provide quotes no later than 14 April 2022, 12:00 PM, PST to the POC below.
