Site work and paving for a road / highway in Leo, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Leo-Cedarville is requesting sealed proposals for work comprised of improvements within the following roadway corridors: Main Street, Grabill Road, Red Fox Way, and Blacksmith Run. Improvements generally include pavement milling/patching/resurfacing, pavement marking, traffic control, concrete curb, and surface restoration. All qualified Contractors are invited to bid the work. The Town of Leo-Cedarville, Indiana reserves the right to reject all bids, waive defects and amend the Project's scope. It is anticipated that the Town Council will take bids received under advisement and that a determination may be made at the Town Council's May 3, 2022 meeting. These Specifications and the accompanying Drawings describe the Work to be done and the materials to be furnished for the construction of street and curb improvements along Main Street, Grabill Road, Red Fox Way, and Blacksmith Run. The Contractor shall complete all work for completely functional street improvements as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work is generally described as follows: 1. Topsoil stripping, 2. Earthwork, 3. Erosion control, 4. Asphalt pavement, 5. Concrete gutter, curb and gutter, chute, 6. Pavement removal, 7. Surface Milling, 8. Pavement markings, 9. Traffic control.
