Site work and paving for a civil project in Leo, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Bid was awarded to Wayne Asphalt for $339,413.00. Anticipated start date is June 1st. Notice is hereby given that the Town of Leo-Cedarville is requesting sealed proposals for work comprised of improvements within the following roadway corridor: Amstutz Road (Hosler Rd to Donald Ave). The work will consist of pavement milling/resurfacing/reconstruction, sidewalk construction, pavement marking, traffic control, concrete curb, storm sewer improvements, erosion control, and surface restoration. All qualified Contractors are invited to bid the work. Bids shall be submitted in an opaque sealed envelope marked with the project title and include the name and address of the Bidder. Bids arriving after the time set will be returned unopened and only complete bids with all required materials will be considered. The Town of Leo-Cedarville, Indiana reserves the right to reject all bids, waive defects and amend the Project s scope. It is anticipated that the Leo-Cedarville Town Council will take bids received under advisement and that a determination may be made at the Town Council s February 15th, 2022 meeting.
