This RFB is to establish a Master Agreement for mowing services at Carter Caves State Resort Park, 344 Caveland Drive, Olive Hill, KY 41164. A separate Bid Price Sheet is attached as Attachment D. This must be included as part of the bid response. Bidders MUST enter $0.01 in the Unit Price field on their electronic bid. This is the only pricing that is to be entered electronically. All actual pricing must be entered on Attachment D Bid Price Sheet. Please see Attachment A for specifications and Attachment E for a map. Areas to be serviced are clearly defined by property lines and areas that are not paved are to be mowed as indicated on the attachment. Site visit is mandatory. Please contact Park Manager Chris Perry at 606-286-4411 and see Attachment F for the Site Visit Validation Form.
