As of January 3, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The project scope includes renovations to add a new event center and renovations within the golf pro shop a new commercial kitchen. The event space renovations include new toilet rooms, coat room, bar, office and utility room. The exterior renovations include improved HC accessibility, modifications to the parking lot, utility work, and new terrace. The project will be funded by RACP, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and will require prevailing wages. The written questions must be submitted via email to Julie Doerr at jdoerr@millsgrouponline.com no later than 12:00 pm November 8, 2022 with responses back to the contractors no later than 12:00 pm Wednesday November 9, 2022 Bid bond executed by a surety company acceptable to the MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF SEVEN SPRINGS in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be submitted with each Bid, to guarantee the Bidder's entrance into the Contract, if awarded the project. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the time of the Bid opening. The MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF SEVEN SPRINGS reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any in formalities therein.
