Upon release of this Request for Proposals (RFP), all vendor communications concerning this information request must be directed in writing no later than 4:00 PM on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 to the School Business Administrator, who is the only authorized contact person for the RFP. Any contact or lobbying regarding this RFP with any elected, appointed official or employee of the School District or Township other than the Business Administrator can and will result in disqualification. Any oral communications will be considered unofficial and non-binding on the School District. The contract will be awarded to the proposer who is determined to be the most advantageous, to the District based upon the evaluation criteria. The Robbinsville Board of Education reserves the right to waive any and all guidelines and requirements herein and to reject any and all Proposals in accordance with the Public School Contracts Law. Request for Proposals shall be in conformance with all applicable federal, state and municipal laws including the Public School Contracts Law of the State of New Jersey N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et seq. and 40A:11-4.5. Proposers are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
