Masonry Dampproofing- Cumberland Heights Elementary (2093 Ussery Road South, Clarksville, TN 37040), Minglewood Elementary (215 Cunningham Ln, Clarksville, TN 37042), Montgomery Central Middle (3941 State Hwy 48, Cunningham, TN 37052). The Clarksville-Montgomery County School System (CMCSS) is seeking a line item bid for Masonry Dampproofing at three (3) locations: Cumberland Heights Elementary, Minglewood Elementary, & Montgomery Central Middle Schools. The work consists of the proper cleaning, preparation, and complete dampproofing of approximately 5,472 total square feet of existing exterior nonparapet clay brick masonry walls.
