The choice of the successful tenderer will be made following the recommendations of a selection committee according to the evaluation criteria described in the contract documents and the adjustment of the tender prices in accordance with the predetermined factor mentioned in these documents.
Attention : Note that only the documents required by the Company under the terms of this call for tenders must be submitted with the tender, so as to avoid any situation which would lead to the tender being restrictive or conditional. Any tenderer must note that if he refuses to respond to his tender, the Company may reject any tender presented by this tenderer to the Company for the next two years . CONDITION Only tenders presented by tenderers who meet the condition of having in Quebec, or in a territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement, an establishment where they carry out their activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified in their name and accessible during normal office hours. TRANSMISSION OF COMPLAINTS All complaints made to the Societe under section 21.0.4 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (CQLR, chapter C-65.1) must be received at complaint@sqi.gouv.qc.ca , no later than the deadline set for receipt of these as indicated in the Additional Instructions .
