The Town of Telluride (Town) and the Town of Mountain Village (MV) are planning to expand and upgrade the Telluride Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (TRWWTP) to meet the increasing needs of the service area and increasingly stringent effluent discharge standards. The Town would like to work with a Design-Builder Team under a Progressive Design Build Agreement to accomplish this goal in two phases: Phase 1 - a preconstruction phase and Phase 2 - a construction phase.
