The City of Southside is soliciting proposals from qualified architecture and/or engineering firms to provide professional services required to provide infrastructure improvements through available grant funds and any other budgetary funds available to the City. The City of Southside desires to solicit competitive proposals from responsible vendors to provide on-call consultant services. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis and will be funded through a combination of federal, state, and local monies programs funds for the time period between April 2022 through March 2027. Services provided can include, but are not limited to Civil Engineering (including land surveying), architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, planning, geotechnical engineering, environmental services, GIS and stormwater services, transportation planning and engineering, disaster recovery, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, fire protection and plumbing design. This contract will be effective through FY2025. Factors to be considered in the award of this contract will include related experience including Federally Funded Experience (40 Points), Professional background and caliber of personnel (40 points), capability to meet schedules and deadlines (20 points).
