Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Binghamton, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
DASNY is soliciting bids from Sitework Contractors for the following work to be performed at the Broome Developmental Center, OPWDD Broome DDSO Facility. The project consists of a new parking lot. There is clearing and grubbing, excavation and fill, storm drainage work, asphalt paving, concrete sidewalks, erosion and sediment control, landscaping and exterior lighting electrical work associated with this contract. Refer to the Project Documents (Project Manual and Drawings) for entire work scope. There will be one Contract awarded for the work of this project. The project is scheduled to be substantially complete on or before November 25, 2022. The estimated construction cost for the Sitework Contract is between $1,250,000 and $1,450,000. The bidder or its principals shall have a minimum of five (5) years experience in similar work and five (5) contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity to this Project completed or substantially completed within the last ten (10) years. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 1% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 1% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Contract term: 11/25/2022 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
