APPLICABLE INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENTS This invitation to tender is subject to the following intergovernmental agreements: AGREEMENT TO LIBERALIZE PUBLIC CONTRACTS IN QUEBEC AND NEW BRUNSWICK; TRADE AND COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN QUEBEC AND ONTARIO; SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF WORK The work covered by these presents includes, but is not limited to: Replacement of 2 air conditioning units Removal of existing gas pipes Patching to existing finishes Replacement of existing lighting fixtures in certain premises Start date of work: May 23, 2022 Date of acceptance with reservation of work: August 19, 2022 The PUBLIC BODY does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received within the framework of this call for tenders. Instead, the PUBLIC BODY shall post a video recording of the opening of the Submissions on the site as soon as possible after the opening. The Bidders will be informed of the filing of the registration on the site in the same way as when issuing an Addendum. Please note that this measure is taken in accordance with the guidelines proposed by the Treasury Board Secretariat, dated March 25, 2020 (Communique no. SSMP-02 "Coronavirus (COVID-19)"). Bidders are invited to participate in the information meeting, including a site visit, offered by the PUBLIC BODY. Failure to participate cannot serve as an excuse or pretext for errors, omissions or irregularities on the part of a bidder in the drafting of his bid. Each bidder is responsible for sending a representative to this meeting.
