Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saginaw, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project consists of constructing: 2672 Lin. Ft. 8" PVC Water Main 425 Lin. Ft. 8" RJ-PVC Water Main (HDD) 1 Each 8"x8" Tapping Sleeve, Valve & Box 8 Each Hydrant Complete 5 Each 8" Valve & Box 8 Each 6" Valve & Box 3,000 Sq. Yd. HMA Surface, Remove 3,000 Sq. Yd. Aggregate Base, 8", 22A 700 Ton HMA Pavement, 3 1/2", 13A 660 Sq. Ft. Sidewalk, Remove, & Replace 120 Lin. Ft. Curb & Gutter, Remove & Replace 1 LS HMA Path, Remove & Replace 1 LS Traffic Control 1 LS Cleanup. Each proposal shall be accompanied by certified check or bidder's bond in the amount of 5% of the bid. Checks shall be drawn payable to THOMAS TOWNSHIP as security for the acceptance of the Contract and subject to the conditions stated in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive informality in any bid, to reject any or all bids, or accept any bid which is considered most favorable to the Owner. Use the Bid Form in the specifications for submittal of sealed bid. All addendums will also be posted to this website. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring all addendums have been received and acknowledged prior to submittal of the bid. No paper copies of these documents will be available for purchase.
