Apply SS-1 Tack coat or equal to excavated areas. Replace with four (4) inch average compacted thickness, hot mix asphalt. Sealcoat: Prepare asphalt surfaces totaling approximately sixteen thousand (16,000) square feet by removing all grass, dirt, and loose debris Apply two (2) coats of Coal, Tar, and Emulsion sealcoat to entire surface. Restripe all parking spaces; white paint; Sherwin Williams Pro-Park Waterborne Traffic Marking Paint, product #B97WD2434, or equal. Oil stains to be treated with latex prior to sealcoating. Hot mix asphalt paving shall be Plant Produce Commercial grade, or equal. No testing included in this solicitation.
