The City of Rolla is seeking professional services to assist the planning, design and construction of new public sewer collection and treatment systems for the City of Rolla. The required services include but are not limited to: Assist the City of Rolla Public Works Department with the management of the city's Wastewater Pretreatment Program.o Prepare an engineering report that evaluates alternatives for the replacement of and/or the construction of a redundant force main that serves the Hy Point lift station. Prepare an engineering report that evaluates alternatives to serve the various areas surrounding and in close proximity to the Hy Point Industrial park with sanitary sewer services. The city will select firms based on the following criteria: 1) The specialized experience and technical competence of the firm with respect to the type of services required; 2) The capacity and capability of the firm to perform the work in question, including specialized services, within the time limitations fixed for the completion of the project; 3) The past record of performance of the firm with respect to such factors as control of costs, quality of work, and ability to meet schedules; 4) The firm's proximity to and familiarity with the area in which the project is located
