Renovation of a fire / police facility in Milford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
A bid bond for 5% of the project cost is required and must accompany each bid. Bids must be held firm for 90 days beyond the bid opening date. The successful bidder must file a 100% Performance Bond, a 100% Labor & Materials Bond, and a Certificate of Insurance with the Purchasing Agent within 10 days of notice of bid award.Please direct all questions to the appropriate City Representative indicated below: Procurement Questions: Fred Bialka, Purchasing Agent, by e-mail only at fbialka@milfordct.gov . Technical questions must be directed to Lt. Tom Wardowski, by e-mail only at twardowski@milfordct.gov . All questions must be received by 5:00 PM, Thursday, April 7, 2022. The Purchasing Agent reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept any proposal deemed to be in the City's best interests.
