Site work for a mixed-use development in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary for the grading, excavation and backfilling needed to install the underground stormwater detention facility at the Cranberry Township Municipal Campus Rear Parking Lot, as more clearly specified in the Contract Documents. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 4/18/2022 12:00 PM Questions regarding this bid shall be submitted via the "Clarifications" feature within online. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of One-Thousand Dollars ($1,000) payable to Cranberry Township. All bids shall remain irrevocable for 60 days after the actual date of the opening in compliance with Act 317 of 1978 approved November 26, 1978. Bidders must comply with all State anti-kickback regulations pertaining to work associated with this project and will be required to submit an executed anti-collusion statement with the bid. The estimated cost of this Project is greater than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Township. $250.00 per calendar day, as stipulated in Article 3 Contract Provisions, Performance of Contract, Section 3.12 Contract Time, Time is of the Essence & Liquidated Damages
