Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary for the conversion of the existing tennis courts into Pickleball Courts and site preparation for future air dome. The Project also includes the relocation of the existing tennis courts to the existing basketball courts and the construction of a new basketball court, as more clearly specified in the Contract Documents. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of One-Thousand Dollars ($1,000) payable to Cranberry Township. All bids shall remain irrevocable for 60 days after the actual date of the opening. Bidders must comply with all State anti-kickback regulations pertaining to work associated with this project and will be required to submit an executed anti-collusion statement with the bid. The estimated cost of this Project is greater than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Township.
