CONSTRUCTION MANAGER/GENERAL CONTRACTOR GENERAL CRITERIA: Pursuant to Arkansas Code Ann., 19-11-802, Atkins School District in Atkins, Arkansas is soliciting proposals from Construction Management Companies to provide professional services for construction of a new football stadium press box using a Construction Manager/General Contractor in a Project Delivery Method. Contractors responding to the Request for Qualifications must have a General Contractors License issued by the State of Arkansas and any other qualifications as required by Arkansas law for Construction Managers/General Contractors. QUALIFICATION PURPOSE: Professional services required include, but not limited to: Design review, scheduling, cost control, value engineering, constructability evaluation, preparation and coordination of bid package development, pricing (guaranteed maximum price), sub-contractor pricing and selection, scheduling project coordination, construction, project close-out and warranty. QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: Qualifications will be evaluated on specialized experience and technical competence of the Construction Manager/General Contractor with respect to the type of professional services required. The capacity and capability of the company to perform the work in question, including specialized services, with the time limitations fixed for the completion of a project. The companys past record of performance with respect to such factors as control of costs, quality of work, and ability to meet schedules and deadlines. The companys financial stability, and the proximity to and familiarity with the area in which the project is located. PROCEDURES FOR RESPONDING TO REQUEST FOR QUALIFIC- ATIONS AND OTHER APPLICABLE INFORMATION: Three (3) copies of the Qualifications Statement with all attached information required.
