EUREKA COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT, CAPRON STREET IMPROVEMENTS.There will not be a non-mandatory pre-bid walk for this project. If the Contractor wishes to visit the site, the contractor can contact Doran Adams of Eureka County School District at 775-842-7015 to schedule a walk. Such sealed bids shall be received and will be opened and read aloud publicly at the above hour, date, and place by a representative of Paul Cavin Architect LLC and witnessed by Eureka County School District staff. Electronic bid documents may be obtained from the Architect by bona fide General Contractors, licensed in the State of Nevada after Monday, April 4, 2022. The Architect will only issue electronic documents. If hard copies are desired, it will be the responsibility of the contractor to reproduce the documents. Notice will be posted on Eureka County School District Website eureka.k12nv.us Bids must be submitted on the Bid Form supplied with the contract documents along with the required documents identified in the bidding requirements. Electronic or E-Mailed bids will not be accepted. The right is reserved by the Owner to reject any or all bids, or to accept the bid deemed best for the interest of the Owner. The Architect's opinion of probable cost for construction is $350,000.00.
