Site work for a water / sewer project in Brentwood, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project is for all work related to the CIPP MH to MH Lining sewer repairs including, but not limited to: pre and full NASSCO post repair CCTV inspections, heavy cleaning, reinstatement of active service laterals, cutting of protruding taps, bypass pumping, traffic control and resident notification. Partici- pant Municipalities: Brent- wood Borough, Emsworth Borough, Heidelberg Borough, Jefferson Hills Borough, Mt. Oliver Borough, and Oakdale Borough. All bidders wishing to bid on this project must be pre-qualified by SHACOG. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage rates are required to be paid on these projects. Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided by SHACOG. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10) percent of the bid, made payable to SHACOG. The proposals must be made to SHACOG, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and shall remain firm for a period of ninety (90) days. No bidder may withdraw his proposal during the ninety (90) day period without forfeiting his bid guarantee. SHACOG reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or any part thereof, for any reason, and reserves the right to waive any informality therein.
