Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Bolton, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Town of Caledon has received a grant to introduce a natural playground within one of the Town's existing Parks. The Town is seeking a design-build team to design and install the natural playground within Ted Houston Park (81 Connaught Crescent, Bolton). Due to the guidelines put forth within the grant funding, the equipment is to be installed and all payments processed no later than December 31st, 2022. As such we are asking that all works on the project be completed by November 30th, 2022 to ensure all outstanding paperwork can be completed. We understand that with current lead times this may be challenging but will work with the Vendor team to ensure everything is completed with expediency. The total combined upset limit for project (design, supply, & installation) shall not exceed $100,000, excluding all taxes.
