Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Bolton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Removal, Disposal, Supply, Delivery and Installation of rubberized or synthetic flooring at the Albion Bolton Community Centre. The Town is seeking a rubberized or synthetic floor for the Albion Bolton Community Centre. The Town is seeking manufacturers and/or Bidders to submit a suggested flooring type via the Submit a Question feature in Bids and Tenders. Each submission should include at a minimum: the type of flooring, thickness, available colours and patterns, installation method, manufacturer of flooring and a web link to the manufacturer's specifications. The Town has specifications listed in the Deliverables in Appendix D. Should the Bidders suggested product not meet specification Bidders should provide details as to why the Town should consider this alternative. The Town will review the suggested flooring to determine if the flooring will meet the Town's needs. Upon review the Town will issue an addendum to state the only approved flooring type(s) that may be used in this project. Documents can be obtained at: https://caledon.bidsandtenders.ca
