Renovation of an educational facility in Keene, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The University System of New Hampshire (hereafter referred to as USNH or Owner) representing Keene State College (KSC), is requesting line-item bids for the purchase of 263 Schlage AD200 locks for the following buildings Rhodes, Elliot, Media Arts, Science, and Redfern. To replace failing non-supported electronic locks in those spaces. The Owner requires equipment to meet or exceed all specifications as provided. Owner will be the sole determinant as to suitability/acceptability of all submittals. Brochures and detailed specifications must be supplied with submittal. Purchase to replace existing electronic lock with new Schlage AD-200 Series cylindrical/mortise lock. New lock with Rhodes lever trim and 626 finish. New Locks to be prepared for existing Corbin-Russwin (CR) key in lever (KIL) cores. ASSA IC Cores CR KIL/ASSA IC to be removed from existing locks and reused in new AD-200 locks. Locks must be licensed and Vanderbilt Certified to operate on SMS offline system Deadline for written questions 04/13/2022 at 12:00 p.m Response to questions by 04/15/2022 Award announcement Week of 4/24/22 The University System of New Hampshire (USNH) reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any formalities in the solicitation process.
