Project Name: Switzer Canyon Dr - Steve Blvd Project (TRACS) Number: 040B CN 197 M5195 01X District: Northcentral (NC) Route/MP: 040B / 197 Funding Source: M5195 01X Construction Funding FY: N/A The project is located on SR 40B (old US 66) in the City of Flagstaff, from approx.. MP 197 to MP 199. Due to periodic R/W and encroachment issues raised by the Northcentral District, recent R/W donations in this area, and that the current R/W plans have some errors in the depiction of the existing R/W, a R/W documentation survey has been requested by the District and R/W Mgmt. The initial scope task is anticipated to be for a Right of Way Survey. R/W Survey: The selected Consultant will prepare an ADOT standard R/W survey and Results of Survey drawing for this project. The west end of the survey will tie into and overlap the recently completed R/W Survey for project 040B CN 196 H8905 at the N-S midsection line of Sec. 22, T21N-R7E. The east end of the survey will tie into and overlap the R/W survey completed in 2009 for R/W project 040B CN 199 H7223 01R at the north line of Section 13, T21N-R7E. The R/W survey and Results of Survey will supplement/supersede the current R/W plans M-951-6-801 for the length of the new survey. Funding for this project is anticipated to be in place in July 2022. Anticipated first submittal date of the Results of Survey : Jan.30, 2023. As the project progresses, it is anticipated that an additional scope task that may be requested on this project will be Monument Existing Right of Way Questions, in writing, shall be received by ECS at the below email address until April 07, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. (Arizona Time). No further questions shall be accepted after the time specified This project is to construct a case III multi-lane roundabout at SR 69/SR 169 to replace an existing traffic signal in the Town of Dewey Humboldt. The scope of work include project administration, supplemental survey, environmental clearance tasks, ROW coordination, Utilities relocation coordination and UA draft agreement preparation, engineering design, stakeholder coordination, scoping, engineering design - all PS&E packages to bid (Stages II, III, IV , & V are expected).
