SHACOG Joint Municipal Sewer O&M Point Repairs - Year 11 This project involves sanitary and storm sewer excavation repairs including, but not limited to wye branch and lateral repairs, light and heavy cleaning, MH installation and adjustments, CCTV verification of the repair locations and full NASSCO post repair CCTV documentation. Traffic control, resident notification and restoration of disturbed areas including driveways, side- walks, roadways, curbs, walls, fences, lawn areas, shrubbery, etc. are also included in the project. Participant Municipalities: Emsworth Borough, Heidelberg Borough, Ingram Borough, Mt. Oliver Borough, and Oakdale Borough. All bidders wishing to bid on this project must be pre-qualified by SHACOG. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10) percent of the bid, made payable to SHACOG. SHACOG reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or any part thereof, for any reason, and reserves the right to waive any informality therein.
