Pruning and clearing foliage near existing energized aerial KPU electrical lines, aerial telecommunication lines, and utility poles, and disposing of all pruned and cleared foliage. At the direction of KPU Electric, the Contractor may be required to perform other clearing work.BONDS. A bid bond, performance bond, and payment bond are not required for this contract. Terms of Agreement. Contract Period through December 30, 2022. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the time announced for the opening, or before both the award and execution of the agreement, unless the award is delayed for a period in excess of (60) sixty days. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to determine which Bid Proposal, if any, should be accepted in the best interests of the City. The City further reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in the bids or bidding. Bids received after the time announced for opening will not be considered.
