PND Project No.: 212036 Federal# / IRIS Program#: N/A / SAMHS00294 Region: Marine Highways Work involves the renovation of approximately 4,285 SF of existing office and storage spaces within the first floor of the AMHS Ward Cove Building to provide upgraded office and associated workspaces. The project is primarily interior with minor exterior work. The work includes demolition of some existing interior wall and ceiling construction and finishes; replacement of an existing exterior door, frame and hardware; installation of two new windows; new exterior metal awning above the entry door; new ADA compliant entry ramp and stair; new interior demising walls; new interior doors and relites; new suspended ceiling system and gypsum board soffits; and all new finishes within the renovated areas. The mechanical and electrical systems will be extended and upgraded at the renovated areas, and include modifications to heating, ventilation, plumbing, fire sprinklers, power, lighting, data, and alarms. Some mechanical and electrical equipment will be relocated. Electrical work includes recircuiting of existing mechanical equipment to the existing emergency generator.
