The respondents bid must include all necessary materials, equipment, tools, labor, transportation and associated services for the following Scope of Work and deliverables: 1. Procurement and installation of a 2,400 square-foot, two-story modular home unit (Swan Lake Replacement Bunkhouse). The modular design and specifications are provided in Appendix C (Bunkhouse Drawing Set) and Appendix D (Technical Specifications) attached and incorporated herein by reference. The new modular unit is to be installed on the existing concrete foundation of Home 101. SEAPA will provide labor and materials to decommission and reinstall the electrical services and communications feed up to the units main breaker and terminal panels. Contractor is responsible for all other utilities reconnections. 2.
