A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Alaska Department of Health and Social Services is seeking professional design services to provide bid ready plans, specifications, and construction cost estimate for a project to install new domestic hot and cold water lines throughout the Ketchikan Pioneer Home building while occupied. Currently installed copper waterlines are degraded and leaking. Scope of Work will include a methodology to undertake this work minimizing impact on the building occupants during construction. To include, but not be limited to new finishes due to access constraints if absolutely necessary. If requested a site visit can be arranged. Deliverables may include: 1. Design services with 35%, 65% and 95% review. 2. Bid ready plans, specifications, and cost estimate (PS&E) 3. Bidding assistance and Construction Administration to be negotiated on a Time Expense basis. 4.
