The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain a Preliminary Relocation Study for each project to determine prospective impacts for use in the environment review. Addressing, in detail, potential special relocation problems, timing considerations, relocation phasing, and general relocation alternatives. The study should recognize problems associated with the displacement of individuals and develop solutions to minimize their adverse impacts.
