Replacement of sewer lines and surface infrastructure in Forest Park Drive. Sewer mains throughout have been camera'ed and identified as having bellies, displaced joints, and extensive Fats-Oils-Grease buildup. Cost allocations are split between road and sewer, due to the overall poor condition of the roads. W Forest Park Phase I is from the 1000 Block Curve to Fireweed Lane; Phase II from Fireweed Lane to Blueberry Circle. E Forest Park Phase I is from the Y to Mountain Ash Heights; Phase II from Mountain Ash Heights to the last manhole prior to the crest. Project performance is predicated upon receipt of grant funds, with local match from the Service Area for work associated with the roads and nonareawide wastewater. This project is in included in the Ketchikan Gateway Borough FY 2023-2027 ClP.
