Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Ketchikan, Alaska. Completed plans call for the addition of a transportation facility; for the demolition of a transportation facility; for the renovation of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
As of February 21, 2025, this project expected to begin construction late spring/early summer 2025. The work under this scope of services will address Phases 1, 2, and 3 of the terminal expansion identified in the TAP. The scope will also include the possible combination or a hybrid version of phases 1 and 2 that would accelerate the renovation and serve the current needs of the Airport better. The Owner reserves the right to further modify these documents prior to execution of the agreement. The CMAR should submit questions regarding the Owner's Contract during the question and response periods. The Owner will ONLY consider the CMAR's Contract changes requested in conjunction with the Owner's selection process and provided for within the CMAR's response Any questions regarding the RFP should be directed to Amy Briggs, Procurement Officer, by email at amyb@kgbak.us Questions Due to Owner June 21, 2024 - 3 PM
