The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: demolition, site work and addition to a 13,000 square foot educational facility. As of June 16, 2023, a construction manager at risk has been selected. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference The Pleasant Grove Independent School District (Pleasant Grove ISD) will receive proposals for the selection of a Construction Manager at Risk for the Pleasant Grove Independent School District's Bond 2022 Projects. Project details may be obtained by contacting the project architect listed. Selection will be based on a One Step Process, with CMAR selected based on qualifications and proposed fees. Pleasant Grove Independent School District reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all Proposals. This project will include work to be completed on three PGISD campuses including: New high school cafeteria dining area and renovation of serving area. High school remodel of the current cafeteria for College and Career Counseling Center. Additions to the high school performing arts center including a new scene shop. New high school field house adjacent to the current football stadium. New high school baseball/softball/track complex. General high school renovations including common area finishes, restrooms and library. Extensive Pleasant Grove Middle School renovations including replacement roof and HVAC systems, science labs and general campus renovations. Intermediate School classroom additions and general campus aesthetic renovations. Elementary classroom additions. This project also calls for an approximately 13,000 square foot classroom, TV studio, and robotics shop addition at Pleasant Grove High School.
