Renovation of an office development in South Texarkana, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.
The Texarkana Water Utilities is requesting a quote from your company for the above referenced project. Attached are the plans and specifications for your use in preparing your quote. Please provide a lump sum price for the work to be completed for this project. You are responsible to visit the site to determine what will be involved to provide a turnkey project. All work shall meet City, State, and Federal requirements and the Texarkana Water Utilities standard specifications and must be inspected and approved by TWU. Your price shall be full compensation for furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment to construct what is shown on the attached drawings and specifications. This project will not require a performance and payment bond. All work and testing must be completed by September 20, 2022. The contractor is required to obtain all permits required.
