Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Chatham, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
The project scope includes the replacement of an indoor, 120/240V, single-phase, 33KW, natural gas (NG) standby generator set with a new outdoor 60KW, spark-ignited gaseous unit and associated transfer switch. The work shall include but is not limited to new outdoor concrete generator pad, fencing, and the reconfiguration of the interior electrical distribution system. Also included in the project, is the replacement of the interior fluorescent lighting with new LED type for the MMB and Boat Maintenance Facility.
