The following Acts and Amendment apply to this project: The Copeland "Anti-Kickback" Act Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act Byrd Anti-Lobbying Amendment This invitation to quote consists of Lawn Care for the Centers on the Bid Sheets. Centers involve: McKenzie, Huntingdon, Camden, Union City, Tiptonville, Dresden, Humboldt and Jackson. If you would like a package mailed to you please call 731-352-4743. Please specify which Bid Package you are requesting to be mailed. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all quotes and to waive any informalities or technicalities therein. No quote shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids.
