Renovation of a theater / auditorium in McKenzie, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
The City of McKenzie is seeking sealed bids for HVAC systems for the Park Theatre, 2312 Cedar St. in McKenzie, TN 38201. The scope of work includes a 2 ton multi split and a 4 ton multi-zone mini split with at least 3 evaporators for the balcony area and projector room of the theatre.
