Site work for a mixed-use development in Leicester, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
Replacement of the fuel island and concrete pad, located at the Highway Department, including driving mats, spill containment buckets, piping sump access manholes, interstitial leak sensor access manholes, and the fuel management system. The Town of Leicester is seeking replacement of the of the fuel island at the Highway Department at 59 Peter Salem Road, Leicester MA 01524. Further detail on the scope is listed below: Remove and replace existing fuel island and concrete pad. Remove and replace existing spill containment buckets with double wall spill containment buckets on each diesel and gasoline fill line. Spill buckets and fill components are to be EVR compliant. Remove and replace existing 36" piping sump access manholes with 39" composite camlok access manholes for each diesel and gasoline pumping sumps. Replace vapor recover manhole. Remove existing interstitial leak sensor access manholes and spare manhole, replacing them with 18" watertight manholes. Concrete work consists of reconstruction the existing island and associated surfaces and reinstalling the current canopy, pumps, and barriers. The pumps have already been reconditioned, with all internal circuitry replaced.
