Monofill Tarp and Sandbag Removal at North Marion Transfer Station Offerors will be responsible for the removal of tarping and sandbags covering up to four acres of the roughly eight-acre North Marion Ash Monofill located at 17827 Whitney Lane NE, Woodburn, OR 97071. Unit price will include removal and storage of sandbags, rope, and tarping. On-site storage will be available for sandbags and tarps. Rope may be discarded. Tarping sections must be maintained whole (200x200 ft), folded for ease of redeployment. Care needs to be taken to prevent damage to tarps. Sandbags are currently deployed in a 10x10 ft grid and must be removed prior to tarp removal. Offeror will supply all equipment and staff necessary to safely and effectively remove the tarp in a time-sensitive manner. This Contract is effective on the date it has been signed by all parties and all required County approvals have been obtained. This Contract expires on June 30, 2022.
