Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Woodburn, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 89,247-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents. In summary, and without force and effect on the Contract Documents the Work consists of the following: 1. Description of Work: a. Drawing Package A: Construction of parking lot and related site improvement as indicated on Drawings at Lincoln ES. b. Drawing Package B: Removal and replacement of existing windows throughout the French Prairie MS campus as indicated on Drawings. 2. All quantities and areas indicated on the Code Compliance Drawings portion of the contract documents are for agency review purposes only, unless specifically indicated otherwise. Elements of the Work may be shown on the Code Compliance Drawings. 3. Contractor shall be responsible for determining all areas and quantities. B. Type of Contract. 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract with a fixed Contract Sum From a group of pre-qualified contractors listed below, to add a parking lot to Lincoln ES and replace windows at French Prairie MS, located the 1025,41 N. Boones Ferry Rd. Woodburn OR 97071. Woodburn School District reserves the right to waive any or all informalities and irregularities; may cancel the Request for Proposals; and may reject any or all proposals pursuant to WSD Rule 48- 0250.
