The Department of Health (DOH), Hawaii State Hospital (HSH), is interested in contracting the labor, equipment, tools and materials of a licensed Contractor to perform all operations in connection with the removal and installation of the Roof on cottage(s) on a section of Hawaii State Hospital property. Only vendors who attend mandatory pre-offer conference and upload completed Bid Form and contractors license are eligible for award. Licensed Contractor(s) shall provide Reroofing of Hale Imua Cottage(s) as described herein and is responsible for all labor, material, tools, taxes, equipment, transportation and mileage costs necessary to complete all inspections and testing described in this bid document.
