Repair any sub-roof that is rotten. o Install new roof material. It is desired to replace this roof with new standard Architectural Shingles keeping the color the same (gray). o Remove and repair any rotten and or loose wood on entire structure. (See photos) o Sure up and reinforce all areas that are separating on the structure. (See photos) o Pressure wash entire structure. o Scrape and remove all existing paint that is not fully adhered to the structure. o Sand/prime any areas that are missing paint/stain or rusted hardware o Apply (2) coats of paint/stain to all wood on structure and hardware. Paint color to be matched to existing color. o Stain flooring. o A specification sheet must be submitted for the paint, stain and roofing material being proposed.
