Site work and remodeling of a medical facility in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 5,596-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

The proposals will be presented to and considered by the Board of Trustees of the Hospital during a meeting at 4:00 PM CST on Tuesday, May 17th, 2022 at Broadlawns Medical Center Hunsaker Conference Room on the 4th Floor. Such proposals received will be acted upon at such time and place or at such later time and place as may then be fixed. Furnish all labor, material and equipment required to accomplish the construction described in the specifications, indicated on the plans, and according to the schedule. The work includes, but is not limited to, the construction of approximately 5,590 SF of shell space for medical clinic use including mechanical upgrades required to service the new space. The floor is currently shell space with surrounding areas of the building to be occupied during the 6 month project duration. BP# 01 General Construction BP#02 Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Suppression BP#03 Electrical & Low Voltage All bids must be accompanied by bid security payable to OWNER in an amount equal to at least 5% of the highest total amount including Add Alternates.The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price. Bond to be issued by a responsible surety approved by the Board of Trustees of Broadlawns Medical Center. The Owner reserves the right to request qualification forms before issuing documents or before Contract is awarded, and to further reject any or all proposals or to waive technicalities or irregularities and to accept any bid which will best serve the interests of the Owner
