A sales tax exemption certificate will be available for all material purchased for incorporation in the project. The improvements include clearing and grubbing, class 10 excavation, storm sewer installation, Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) walking path, open-air shelter, reinforced PCC futsal court, and miscellaneous associated work including cleanup and restoration; all in accordance with the contract documents, including Plan File No. 643- 001/023, located at Evergreen Park, 2145 E. Park Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa This project shall be fully completed not later than August 15, 2023, and in accordance with the Completion Provisions. The City of Des Moines (Jurisdiction) reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
