Description

Site work and new construction of a power facility in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Working plans call for the construction of a power facility; and for site work for a power facility.

As of April 26, 2022, this project has been postponed. The project is anticipated to be readvertised in January 2023. Idaho Falls Power will be remodeling the Westside Substation. The work will include the consolidation of wiring and controls now residing in two control buildings into one building. The work will include the installation of new Tren-wa new control wiring, installation of new relay racks, the removal of two existing 161 kV breakers and pads and install new concrete pads and new breakers per the engineered drawings.
