For the following: - 50,000 gallons E-3 emulsions - 5,000 gallons RC-250 Asphalt - 20,000 tons of various types of stone - 600 tons of various Superpave Asphalt mixtures A price escalator clause for all bituminous products will be recognized in the bid. Proposals must be on forms furnished by the municipality. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informality or bidding irregularities, to delete or reduce any Bid Item, and to award the Contract as may be deemed by the Supervisors to be in their best interest. And will be awarded at approximately 7:45 pm on April 25, 2022 during the regular monthly meeting of the Board of Supervisors.
