For the following: In Place Paving on various roads located in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County 7,992 Tons of 9.5mm Superpave, WMA 180 lb/sy Wearing Course 35,500 LF 4 Double Yellow Center Line with Glass Beads All materials must meet PENNDOT Pub. 408 Specifications and Standards. Bidders may be either a PENNDOT prequalified Prime or Sub Contractor and must supply proof of prequalification. For further information contact Dave Scheller or Ryan Schlogl at 570-992-7247, between the hours of 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The bids will be presented to the Board of Supervisors at the regular scheduled meeting of the Chestnuthill Township Board of Supervisors on Tuesday May 3, 2022 at approximately 7 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the agenda allows. The Chestnuthill Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interested of the Township. PA Prevailing Wages apply to the In Place Paving contract.
