Replace Current North Playground Surface at Armour (Main) ES a) Approx. 3,883 SF Poured-in-Place Surfacing (IPEMA Certified). b) 50% Standard Color/50% Black Speckled Mix. c) Contractor is to provide Field Testing as needed. d) Contractor crew is to remove and dispose of existing surface. e) Contractor crew is to ensure proper drainage to sewer as needed. f) Final confirmation of SF and thickness to be verified and approved by CPS. g) Installation of surfacing system shall occur only when minimum ambient temperatures are 50 degrees or above throughout the day and overnight. h) If building or CPS properties are damaged during construction, replace and/or repair as necessary. i) Contractor to field verify dimensions of all before placing bid. j) Not responsible for contractor errors because of non-field verification. k) All questions/requests must be received 2 business days prior to bid closing. l) Materials and installation must comply with CPS Standards and Specifications as listed on 32 18 16 Playground Protective Surfacing. m) All work shall be coordinated with the Board authorized representative to complete in an agreed upon timeframe. 2.)
